Designed entirely in conversation, not code. Perplexity did the breadth research on sources (RSS aggregators, Bluesky, X, news APIs), Claude turned that into an architecture document, and Trello holds the build as about fifteen numbered, “done when” cards.
The plan: the core logic is standalone Python, debuggable in Claude Code and tested before any Hermes wrapper goes on, with orchestration last.
Status: the design is done and the build hasn’t started.
