A Python CLI, packaged with uv, that syncs MCP server configuration across Claude Code, Claude Desktop and Hermes-Agent from one canonical mcp-servers.json. Secrets resolve from 1Password op:// references, and every write takes a timestamped backup first.
I built it in one Sunday session, alongside a from-source build of GitHub’s official MCP server and a patched fork of a Forgejo MCP server (which returned 76 kB on its first real query). It’s the keystone: without it, the rest becomes a maintenance nightmare within three weeks.
